The Air Roasting Process
Air roasting improves consistency, which results in our quality coffees being served perfect every time. This is achieved, because the beans are suspended in a vortex of clean heated air, rarely making contact with the roaster wall. This method allows each individual bean to be roasted evenly to perfection and eliminates tipping and hot spots, signs of low quality or poorly produced coffee.
We emphasize the importance of a well trained staff. Education is key to a successful coffee or tea program. All of our staff including technicians have decades experience and are certified to work and train on specialized coffee and tea equipment. We provide training classes, menu development, installations, and service repairs.
